A private room and bathroom are available to rent in my 2-story home located in Roseville, CA. near Douglas and Rocky Ridge. The room and bathroom are located downstairs (photos to follow). Current tenant/homeowner is a professional female that is clean and quiet. Access to kitchen, Washer & Dryer, and Pool in peaceful backyard.

Rent is $1000 Deposit is $800. No smoking, including vaping, and no pets. Typical monthly utilities average about $100/month. This includes water, gas, electric, sewage, trash, internet, and pool maintenance.
The neighborhood is quiet and safe and friendly. This room is approx 12 x 13 with one window and available for single occupancy only.
