Master bed/bath available in 2 bedroom apartment in Torrance in December. Great location near the 405 freeway. Complex has gym, sauna, pool, laundry facilities, and gated assigned parking. In walking distance from the Galleria.

I have a cat. One additional cat may be considered - the complex will charge $250 pet deposit (no pet rent). The complex does not allow dogs.

Your portion of the rent will be $1385/mo for a single occupant (for couples, we can discuss the rent split), plus $925 security deposit. For utilites, we pay for internet and electricity. The internet is $50 total and the electricity is usually around $110 total, so split in half it is usually around $80 for half (for couples, it would be split 3 ways). The application fee for the apartment is $25 and they will run a credit check and are looking for a score of at least 650. If you don’t have a 650 credit score, the complex may be willing to allow you to pay extra security deposit instead - I do not know how much it is.

Bedroom will be unfurnished, common areas are furnished.

I am a quiet and relatively introverted person in my early 30s. I enjoy board games, video games, reading, and various crafty hobbies. My ideal roommate would be someone who has a reliable income of at least 2.5-3x their portion of the rent, who is responsible and pays their rent on time, and is courteous of the shared spaces. I’d love it if we are compatible enough to become friends, but as long as we get along I’d be happy.
