You would have your own bedroom, bathroom, and share a huge wrap around balcony. I also already have a lot of furniture in place in the common areas.

I’m looking for someone to move into my 2x2 on the 5th floor at The Yard at Ivanhoe in February 2024. I am a 29 year old full-time working professional who keeps the house clean and has no pets. My old roommate is moving out, but I love the unit and location so much that I would rather find someone else to move in than give it up!
