SUB-LEASE / COST DETAILS:

• Sub-lease is from 1-Nov-23 to 31-Oct-25 (2 years so very secure) and runs concurrently to the main lease, no credit check needed and December rent is FREE
• Rent is due on the 28th of each month and is $1821 for 2023/24 and $1881 for 2024/25 (amounts include a monthly fixed $37 AC fee)
• Occupant fee is $150 for StuyTown to process the application and have you added to their tenancy records
• Security deposit is $1700
• All utilities are included in the rent price (water, gas/heat, and electricity)
• A cleaning service is hired bi-weekly to clean the communal areas (living room, bathroom, kitchen, etc) which is split 3 ways at $38 each (roommates would prefer to keep this going if possible)

• Quiet, clean household is preferred, with roommates who don’t frequently host parties or lots of guests
• Roommate preference is for men in mid-20s or older, ideally no college students or couples (open to negotiate however)
• 420 and cat friendly! Cece has 2 sweet cats who spend most of the time in the master room but will help manage the apartment when they feel like it (no dogs please)
