My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate who is a female young professional. We live in a townhouse in Alexandria. The townhouse includes three bedrooms and 2.5 baths with a patio. The room that’s available is 9’11“ x 14’2“. The room does not include the furniture in the picture. The rest of the apartment is furnished so we do ask that you do not bring extra furniture considering our common area spaces are limited. The neighborhood is very safe and clean; there is a fitness facility, a pool, BBQ area and we are right next to the 395 and a bus stop (includes buses 17B, 17M, 29G, 29K, 29N, 306) there is also parking available if you have a car. Move in date is November 25th, 2023. Your portion of the rent would be $920, this does not include utilities. On average, our utilities usually come out to approximately $60 per person. There is a $50 fee for the completion of the leasing application (each person will have their name on the lease). Our lease ends October 29th, 2024. We are looking for a female roommate who can fit right in with us! I am a working professional with your typical 9-5 and I also attend George Mason University. My roommate is also a working professional and owns a cat, so we prefer not to bring in any more animals. We like to keep the common areas clean and organized.
