This is an executive home on a very large lot, w 11 organic fruit trees, and a huge patio to chill out and relax. The house has very friendly animals to keep you company and is stocked with every appliance known to man. The kids left for college, and there are two fully furnished bedrooms that are quite sizable, with organic mattresses that have barely been slept on. Month-to-month lease, so there is no pressure, in a great neighborhood right off the five freeway and Oso Parkway in mission Viejo. Walking distance to stores and restaurants and across the street from the rec center with full workout equipment, classes, Olympic swimming pool, cabanas, tennis, and Pickleball available. Bike trails take you all the way to the beach. There is a bonus room upstairs that is over 600 ft.² filled with all kinds of workout equipment for your pleasure. So basically you could have the upstairs and I can have the downstairs. So you aren’t just renting one little room. There’s plenty of room for everyone and I will share my things as long as you take care of them. House has 300 movies to watch. The house has televisions available in every room. It’s just a great place all around to live. A lot of privacy. Complete with a fire pit outback with hammocks for your enjoyment!

I got a divorce and my children have left for college and aren’t coming back. They went to Christian universities and I believe will both be getting married soon. So you will be living with your landlord, but I am very chill and a lot of fun to hang out with. I do attend church via the television and must tell you I am not vaccinated for you know what. If that bothers you, please take note. I live pretty healthy and try not to use harsh chemicals in the home too often. I order most of my meals through Green Chef, because I’m not the greatest cook in the world. The kitchen has a lot of great appliances and high-quality cookware so you literally don’t need to bring anything but your clothes! I am very conscientious about indoor air quality so my house stays very clean and I dust often. Plz no smelly chemicals and we use Ecos or Seventh generation healthier laundry soap. I am available to hang out with and also will give you privacy if you so choose. The house has security cameras and alarm so it’s very safe. Come on over and check it out!
