Tj's room

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, and the owner prefers to keep it that way—no smoking of any kind in the house, including e-cigs. No form of transaction will be allowed on the property. A non-smoker student or young single professional is preferred. The owner reserves the right to deny an application.

A single working individual currently occupies the house. An applicant must have proof of consistent income to consider the application.
