Room for rent is in Arrive Sonoma Ridge apartments in Bennett valley. Great location in a really sweet spot of bennett valley, quite and clean apartment complex with a great pool, gym, and doggy park! We are a home of down to earth gals in our 20’s looking for another female to take over the 3rd room December 30th. Bathroom shared with 2nd roomie, storage shelving and closet in hall space for extra storage. The apartment has a sweet patio overlooking the creek, ac, heating, washer dryer. We keep it clean and respect the common spaces to stay feeling warm and welcoming. Overall vibe is make it a home environment to feel comfy and safe in! There is a pup, her name is Shanti. She is an Aussie :) she is a little shy to warm up but ends up loving people, loves other dogs too! 🐶 (preferably male dogs to share the home though)

Deposit would be paid to the Roomie that originally paid the deposit for the apartment room by doing a lease transfer with the apartment office so a plan could be worked out with her on it

We are both in our early 20’s. Tyler is in the master and she is super artsy crafty, works a lot but is always down to hang and chat in the living room when home ☺️ Katie is in the 2nd bedroom she is the doggy mom, works a lot too, is a farmer garden gal that cooks and bakes when home. Ideally just looking for another gal to fit the vibe we have going here of a home that is safe, comfy, to be goofy and relax!
