Ryder's room

Currently renting a place in Vero, 4/3 Looking for one or two roommates. Unfurnished rooms. Listed as a private bathroom, if we want to get a third roommate to lower rent it would become shared (double sink). Current roommate is moving out December 2023/January 2024

I appreciate clean, drama free environments. Lawn is cut, $1200 is cost estimated from 2 person utility share. Large house, 3 wide parking, garage, screened porch, not in perfect shape but reasonably sufficient. I apologize in advance for any latency on my responses as I don’t check this frequently -

I work M-F typically 6am-6pm roughly

Drama-free, Gym, Sports, Running, Video Games (may be up late usually nothing crazy during weekdays), reasonable to talk with and discuss household preferences or dislikes. I’m typically in my room when home, respectful with maintaining common area cleanliness, there is fiber internet. Keep to myself for the most part. I respect everyone’s privacy and am easy to interact with.

The other roommate I’ve lived with for 18 months and will be moving in with his significant other in January 2024. He is very friendly and respectful, any move-ins prior to that date would be a shared bathroom.
