This is a luxury 1 bedroom 1 bathroom at the X phoenix in the heart of downtown phoenix.
Im looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease from December 1st to February 9th.
Rent is $1825 plus utilities which runs around 100-250 depending
The x phoenix is known for hosting many activities and events in the community. There is also 2 amazing coworking spaces 1 of which is brand new. The gym is state of the art indoor and outdoor. They offer free yoga, meditation , Pilates, boxing, and other fitness classes everyday. They have a big pool and hot tub with a bar/ restaurant attached. They often throw pool parties and even have private concerts!!

About the roomies
Sublease takeover there are no roommates it’s a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. Walk in closet that is huge
