About the room
This upstairs suite is 10-15 minutes from both Lafayette general and Lourdes hospital. The neighborhood is quiet and connects to the new Broussard bike path. Iām looking for a working professional or graduate student to occupy the 1-2 bedrooms upstairs in my house. The 2 rooms together are about 400 sq. ft. and the bathroom has a shower and vanity.
About the roomies
