This is a new house, built 5 years ago, with all the things you would want. 2 car garage detached from the house, 3 spots for the house for parking, so one for everyone! Shared restroom with 1 person. Rooms are about 151“x152“ approx. There is a spare room we want to keep for us to have guests, an office, a chill out room, work out area, whatever we want.

I am Sara, 36 yrs old, Female, Interior Designer by day and love to dance and travel. I have a 13 lb dog who loves people! Ed is my roommate, we met 10 years ago being roommates off craigslist of all places and have been roomies on and off and are back at it again for the last 3 years! He is 36 yr old as well, he is a marketing man for festivals and music related things. We both have a love for music! We are looking for someone who wants to be apart of the house if we can! It would be nice to be friendly with the person sharing the house. Maybe have a BBQ to celebrate the move in for example?
