All utilities included, wifi and smart TV in the living room. The room can be furnished with queen bed and desk or unfurnished. Free parking in the backyard and on the street in front.

Property owned and lived in by 2 sisters. We have 2 small dogs in the house a mini dachshund and a Pomeranian. We are all clean and quiet.
