Large house in the Historic Montclair neighborhood in east Denver. The neighborhood is close enough to most fun things Denver has to offer but far enough away that you don’t hear the hustle and bustle of the city. The bedrooms are all on the 2nd floor of the house with two shared bathrooms, depending. 3 bathrooms total in house. Lots of storage space throughout the house as well. The house has a large backyard with a lovely large hot tub that is well maintained. Each room 1300/mo, utilities included. Each room is fully furnished with a queen bed and tv in each room. Blackout shades.

As of now the house consists of just myself. I’m a mid 30’s healthcare professional that works random 4 days a week. Typically bedtime for me is quite early but that doesn’t mean that needs to be the same for you. I love to be outside. I love to be active and always have something going on. I love to snowboard, hike, yoga times, wine times, brewery times and doing anything new. If you enjoy the same then that’s a bonus, but not a requirement. Your personal space is and will be respected. I am in and out of the house a lot so you may have the house to yourself often. Looking for 1-3 roommates (preferably female) to fill this large house in a historic Denver neighborhood. You are: Easy going, open minded, financially stable, respectable, clean and organized-ish.
