I’m subletting my room in Financial District from 10th of December to 15th of January. I’m flexible with the dates give or take 2-3 days. The apartment has a washer/dryer, and a fully functional kitchen with air fryer, microwave, blender, and Nespresso machine. The building has a spacious gym, 24/7 front desk, valet service for package handling, a large indoor lounge, and a large outdoor rooftop that includes grills for barbecue and a basketball court.. You will be living with three other girls. One is a lawyer, one a software engineer and one a fashion designer. They sometimes work from home but mostly go in the office. They’re really nice and friendly and love to hang out from time to time.
