Molly's room

Two story 4bd 1bth. We have a covered porch, In-unit laundry, finished basement with plenty of storage, fully fenced in back yard with a paved driveway and garage. We have an art space upstairs, and an extra living room/common area in the basement as well, so plenty of living space.

My current roommate Ivy and I have lived together for just over 2 years. We just moved down from Traverse City at the end of September and are in need of a 3rd roommate! We are both females in our early twenties working full time. We are both artsy and creative and fun loving. We also love finding new things to do, try, and cook! We definitely hope to be friends with our new roommate! I do have one dog, he is a Texas Heeler. He is the sweetest boy and will be the first to greet anyone that comes through the door. Rent is $605 a month plus utilities. Any new tenant will need to be apply and be approved through our rental management company.
