Room for rent in a 3 bedroom house. Very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. There are three of us that live in the house. We’re hardly ever at the house but when we are, we are very mindful of others. 10 mins from Little Tokyo/Arts District. Very close to the 5 fwy, 10 fwy, 101 fwy. The house is right next to a nice family park. Very clean, respectful and quiet admosphere. Lots of street parking. Room will be empty by first of next month.
