Cat's room

• Close by grocery stores, banks, laundromat, and restaurants.
• Quiet and safe neighborhood
• Monthly rent: $600 Utilities fee: $50/month (water,electricity,wifi). Washer and dryer not available for use.
• Room is furnished with a queen size bed, drawers, and a standing lamp
• Street parking only
• No guests allowed. We do not want allow strangers in and out of the house.
• Kitchen/dining area is shared -Light cooking ONLY. not looking for someone that cooks all the time.
• No parties, smoking, drugs, or drinking allowed in the house
• Must be a clean, respectful and responsible person

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS: -Must show proof of income at least three times of the rent amount. Must have stable income and full time employment.

• Must have no criminal record
• Must have good credit. We will need to see proof of this
• 6 month rental agreement is required. After 6 months, it will be a month to month contract.

My mom is the owner of the house. There’s also two male and one female tenant who lives in the property.
