Large 2nd floor bedroom with bathroom across the hall. All utilities included central heat and air. Ceiling fan in room. Only down side is upstairs full bathroom will be shared. Full use of kitchen. Room is ready for the right person.

Very easy going and easy to get along with. We would like to start with a short term agreement to see how it works then as long as we all vibe together were open to a longer lease.
