Single family home right by Camp Pendleton. Furnished room with shared full bath, common areas, free wifi, and fenced in backyard. Community amenities include a pool. It’s a 2400 square foot home with plenty of space, air conditioning, and heat.

Two 30 year old professionals live here. The owner is back and forth traveling for work quite a bit, but the other tenant does hybrid work. We love dogs and pups must get along! We’re clean, organized, communicate really well, and value quiet respectful behavior in the home. We like to travel, hike, explore, go out, and stay home and watch a movie. Very easy to get along with!
