Elaina's room

Room available is a top-floor bedroom with a lovely, private wooded view. Walk-in closet and private bathroom. It’s on the opposite side of apartment from my room, so should feel quite private.

Rest of apartment is nearly furnished. Plenty of storage space left. In-unit washer and dryer. There’s a small fireplace and a nice-sized patio.

Apartment community is quiet, wooded, and feels very safe. Beautiful little park, lots of dog parks. Gym is crusty, but good enough. <10mins to restaurants and stores, plus a sidewalk to various things (although it’s a 30 minute walk).

It is just me at the property! I am 26, like to be outdoors, reading/writing, playing video games, and creative arts. No pets right now, but they are welcome. I don’t smoke/no marijuana. I work 9-5 in marketing, so I’m often busy and out of the property. I’m new to the area, so I don’t have many guests, but I would like to feel comfortable inviting friends over going forward. Would love a roommate to befriend and enjoy our small city together!
