Hello! We are 2 female professionals, looking for a 3rd female to move into our 5 bedroom townhome. Two bedrooms would be yours, which is ideal if you’d like an office. Benefits include one walk-in closet and another normal sized closet. However, the bathroom is not an ensuite, and the bedrooms are on the smaller size (which is why you get two for the price of one). Furnished bedroom is an option for $75 more a month. About us- we are two young professional women that are respectful and keep the common areas clean. We love cooking, plants, and chilling as we are both introverts. There will be a service animal, a friendly cat, living on the fourth floor of the home. There is a 2 car garage for storage, and the finished basement has a guest suite if you have guests over, along with a treadmill/other exercise items (we tend to use as an exercise space). There is a furnished deck and a fenced-in yard. Parking is free- you would park in the carport. Utilities and internet are not included in rent. Internet is $16.67 per person per month, and Utilities range from $50-$130 per person per month, depending on how much heat is used in winter. Water is quarterly and is around $100 per person. Deposit is $500 with $50 non-refundable (we clean the carpets and change caulk before the next person moves in to make it welcoming). Credit score at least 600.
