This is a 1100sf home one storey, 3 bed 2 bath home. Fenced back yard. Nice neighborhood. Within blocks of St Martin’s University. Access to clubhouse and pool. Garbage is included. Lots of nice trails to walk to Lacey community Center, and St Martin’s. You would have one parking spot next to my vehicle. There is another room available if you need it. I do have my spare room set up if you need things. Rent is due by the 3rd. Utilities will be split. If your interested, I will send you pictures, go from there.

I’m a young 44yro. I work monday-friday. Come home walk my dog for an hour. Work a bit from home in the mornings and evenings. Relax a bit in the evening to be ready for the next day. I like a clean home. I have one dog, she very sweet, might take a day or two to warm up to you. On the weekends I stay active, skiing, running, climbing with friends, my dog goes everywhere i go, except to work. Right now I have a full gym set up in my garage, but thinking about clearing the space. Mostly, I want a calm person that can chill while at home. No parties, no drugs.
