Renting out a 10.5 x 10.5 room with small walk in closet. Shared bathroom with one other person, bathroom had dual sinks so you’d get your own side. Access to washer and dryer and kitchen. You’d get cabinet and fridge space. All utilities included. Street parking. Overnight guest okay but only 1-2 nights a week. No pets. $900/monthly for one occupant $1100/monthly for two

Month to month lease, would like someone to stay at least 6 months. 300 security deposit

There is currently 4 of us living here, 3 adults (29-37) and our 2 year old. My husband and our other roommate work over 40 hours a week so they are not home much. I work a grave shift so we keep a pretty mellow house.
