This is a fully upgraded condo in Downtown Miami. This building includes great amenities such as; spa, sauna, pool, rooftop lounge, gym, spin room, and more. I am conveniently located next close to publix, brightline train, bayside market, and 5 star restaurants. This is a 2 bedroom 1 large bath unit. I have two options you can choose from which is the small room for $1200 or $1400 for the master bedroom.

I am a 28 year old entrepreneur. I have a 3 year old daughter. I spend most of my day in my room or out working. We are very quiet and laid back. I love to cook so there will be plenty of great food. I would like a roommate that does not have much company as I rarely do. Someone who takes pride in organization and cleanliness. I would do income verification and background check as well.
