We’re seeking a chill responsible person that we can trust to pay rent on time, preferably a college student close to our age (in their 20s), easy going and respectful of others in the house. Both of us mostly keep to ourselves, keep the house very clean and organized, and are usually working during the week. We do have 1 dog, and she’s the sweetest thing on earth. Very low energy and mostly just naps all day lol
