I’m on the lookout for two new roommates to join me in a spacious and inviting home located in the peaceful neighborhood of Lake City, 10 minute drive to Greenlake. There are two rooms available: a master bedroom and a secondary cozy room. I am planning to have 3 roommates (including me) in total. Here’s a bit about me:

I’m a 32-year-old tech enthusiast working in data. My interests are varied and include playing pickleball, hitting the gym, going on road trips, exploring different cuisines, experimenting with cooking, and practicing yoga.

I’m hoping to find two housemates who are easygoing, appreciate cleanliness, and enjoy a balance of social interaction and personal time. Whether you’re into joining in on game nights, sharing meals, or simply relaxing in your own space, you’ll find a comfortable and friendly atmosphere here.

About the Home:

Located in a serene Lake City neighborhood with ample parking. The house includes five bedrooms, with one serving as a shared office and another as a multi-purpose yoga or relaxation room. The master bedroom (rent $1200) and the additional room (rent $1000) both feature spacious closets and ample space. Large kitchen equipped with a gas stove and extensive cabinet space for culinary adventures. Lease Details:
