Ava's room

It’s a spacious home with the shared areas including an open kitchen, a large living room, and a third spare room currently used as a storage space. The room for rent has a big window and an enclosed closet; just around the corner is the private bath featuring a shower/tub combo. My room is on the complete opposite end of the home, allowing maximum privacy. The home is pet friendly and include a yard with anchored pet tethers. The home also includes a dishwasher, microwave, and new washer/dryer set.

I am the only current resident. I am a clean and respectful roommate. I highly prioritize peace in my home and am not one to host parties or large events. I get along with most everyone and am really just looking for someone who is polite and pays rent on time.
