I’m moving out and I’m looking for someone to take my place on the new lease for June. 1st! The unit is a 2br, 1 bath. Rent is $2,450 total ($1,225 each + 1/2 utilities/internet/etc.). It’s located just off Lighthouse Ave. in Monterey, within walking distance to the aquarium. There is a single-space carport available below the apartment, and a w/d on site. If desired, I can leave behind my mattress and bedframe for you (or sell it so the room is empty). It’s a gold metal frame with a full-sized mattress, still in perfect condition. The apartment is no pets, no smoking, but the current roommate is cannabis-friendly. The application process is through the property managers. Photos are of the room empty and the rest of the apartment (and the bed I can leave behind for you). Your deposit would be paid to me and my deposit (held by the property managers) would roll over to you. :)

We’re looking for a clean, friendly roommate who cares about making the apartment a nice and relaxing place to live! The current occupant is a 24-year-old female student, who’s clean, crafty, and very fun.
