South Tampa Home House Share (Please note that this is a house share and not just a room rental.)

-Retired professional female looking for a mature, quiet, responsible housemate to share a beautifully furnished approximately 2300 square ft, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom single family, single story home with a large yard and a grill (house is valued at $750,000+).

-Desire a 40 + year old, full time working professional, such as law enforcement/military/medical personnel, contractor, and/or employment with a security clearance.

-Tenant/Housemate private living space includes: -Two (2) bedrooms -Primary bedroom has with a cedar walk in closet and is fully furnished with a tv. -Secondary bedroom has step in closet, is not furnished and can be used for storage, home office, or second private space, etc). -Your own private bath -Your own pantry

-Common areas include: -Front living room -Kitchen -Family room with 65“ tv -Dining room -Guest bathroom, and -Laundry room.

-Live in landlord/homeowner is typically out of house in the evenings and weekends. -When in house alone, while landlord is out of residence, the tenant/housemate’s private living space plus common areas is approximately 1700/1750 sq ft. -Landlord and tenant rooms are on opposites of the house. (With prior roommate/tenant, it was not uncommon to text one another to see if they were in house.)

-Very conveniently located. -Minutes to the Interstate, Lee Roy Selmon Expressway/Crosstown Expressway, and Veterans Expressway. -Minutes to downtown Tampa, MacDill AFB, Downtown St. Pete, and the beaches. -Within walking distance to many local restaurants, grocery and drug stores, as well as the Trader Joes/Chick Fil-A, Tahitian Inn/Pach’s, LA Fitness on Dale Mabry. -Only a $7-10 cab ride to/from SoHo and $15-$20 Uber/Lyft ride to the airport.
