Akshata's room

I am renting out a room in my 4B 2.5 BA home in Round rock. This room is available immediately. The monthly rent $700, and that included utilities + Wifi. Details on the location: it is behind HEB, 8 min away from IKEA,8 min from Round Rock Premier Outlet, 10 min from Dell Technologies. The home is located near Grimes BlVD and Palm Valley rd! So there’s plenty of stores around. The Room will be semi furnished (bed frame, and mattress) as well as with a walk in closet. The shared space in the home is fully furnished!

As of now, I am the only one living in the home. I am very clean, respectful and tend to keep to myself. I am a Financial Analyst who loves hiking, cooking and gardening. I am also vegetarian and prefer to have vegetarian/vegan roommates.
