Moving to Missouri and looking for someone to take over my share of the lease. You’ll take over the master bedroom with an attached bathroom. The master bedroom comes with two closets, one of which is a walk-in. The townhouse is very up to date and the kitchen is amazing. Gas stove, big sink, granite countertops, up-to-date appliances. Walking distance to town. There is garage parking, driveway parking, and street parking available. Street parking is usually quite available until after 9 pm or so.

You’ll be living with two other roommates. One is a sales engineer and another is a software engineer. They are fun guys to be around and easy to live with.
