CHENEY WA. This will be a LEASE TAKEOVER. My situation has changed and am looking for someone to take my lease from me. There are two other males living here currently who pretty much keep to themselves. It’s a great place to be if you are looking to attend eastern and the lease is absolutely available to extend if you would like.

One roomie has a cat but is mostly kept in the room with him. The smell doesn’t invade the kitchen space or my room. He is a student at Eastern Washington University.

The other roommate lives in the farther east room and works from home most of the day and has a few evening classes a couple days a week at eastern as well.

You DO NOT have to be a student to live here. But it is set up to accommodate student living.
