Rene's room

I have a 3 bedroom gorgeous home that is in Genoa - resides in a gated community on a golf course. There is always parking right out front - always. Super quiet here, peaceful and plenty of nature- deer always walking around the front and back yard. Very close to South Lake Tahoe and 20 minutes to Heavenly. Super close to hiking and mountain biking trails. Walking distance to downtown Genoa. The room is next to the guest bathroom - I have my own bathroom in my room. I just finished building complete gym in the garage. Also, the room is empty - has large closet - I would buy a new queen size bed for it.

I’m super laid back, recently retired - love the outdoors - moved here to ski. I have two crazy cats that are beyond amusing. I’m looking for someone that is trustworthy most of all. Respectful and clean.
