Very large efficiency kitchen/livingroom and bedroom with full bathroom. Private space and private back of house entrance. There are steps down from back driveway. Nice patio and back yard with fire pit, wrap around front pouch with sitting area outside areas are of shared space. Room is on second floor being painted, if need it painted it won’t be available for another month but if you don’t mind weird paint it’s ready now. Just been cleaned. I have a coffe maker, microwave and hot plate and mini fridge avail for little kitchen area if needed. Sofa has been removed from that room.
Older gentleman, work early till 5pm bed early. Also single mom with 11yr old daughter back and forth from Florida so not there but 1 week a month. They are in the house but this is a seperate space, but attached to home. 😁mom is me the owner
