If you love hiking or mountain biking my house is walking distance to hiking trails. If you want a private area to jog our neighborhood backs up to a canal path. If you like being less than 30min to most areas in the valley my location is great. If you like being less than 15min from the airport the location is great. If you like gated communities, this is one. If you love downtown Phx this is a cheap Uber there or less than 15min drive.

I live here alone no pets and have a boyfriend that stays over 2-4 nights a week, sometimes I am at his place 2-5 nights a week. I have a cleaning service so the only cleaning duties you really have is keeping things tidy and your dishes washed. We are two >40 professionals. Not partyers. Not cannabis friendly. But still very calm and easy going.
