I maintain the property with Maintenance, mowing, snow blowing and gardening.

2 Fish tanks….obviously, I keep animals to keep a low stress, quiet, home. So, please do not bring drama or noise.

I keep a clean, bug free house, and would expect the same out of any room mate.

Landlord is a Erie police officer, so there is safety and security.

I am a conservative, I am MAGA. I am willing to accept a centrist liberal, but nobody far left…Nobody who thinks Antifa is a good thing, or anything with similar ideas.

I am not cannabis friendly (health reasons). You can smoke outside.

No drugs AT ALL ….The landlord is an Erie police officer, so this will be enforced.

Light drinkers will be considered. I do not drink at all, and have had a bad experience with an alcoholic already.
