Ravenswood Drive

I have purchased a single family home in the brand new Ravenswood Village in St. Augustine. The house’s construction is in progress will be completed in mid January of 2024 and looking for a roommate to move in February 1st. A bedroom (bedroom #2 when looking at the model) with a private bathroom available. The room fits a queen bed, a bed side table and a dresser. Washer and dryer included, plenty of parking space, and very safe area. The living room will be fully furnished. All new appliances and space that has never been lived in before. It is located 10 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from downtown St. Augustine.
