Private room with a shared bathroom does not come furnished as shown in pictures. Private single car garage (I don’t drive so it’s all yours.) Amazing area just 1 mile from the beach / Huntington pier. Lots of stores and great food around the area. Water is paid for by landlord. Coin laundry is on site.
