About the location: Located just off of Gordon Road, In Murraysville! • 12 - 15 minute drive from UNCW • 12 - 15 minute drive to Cape Fear Community College • 15 minute drive to Wrightsville Beach • 5 minute walk to Parkwood recreation park!
About the house: We have a large backyard, with a small shed. The room for rent is the Owner’s Suite, with a connected bathroom and walk in closet. Common areas include the Kitchen, and Living room.
About the roomies
We are two college girls currently studying at UNCW! We tend to keep to ourselves, and spend our free time either playing video games or doing crafts. We have two cats who are both shy but are really sweet once they get to know you.
We are looking for someone who is preferably near our age, but mostly for someone who can mesh well with the two of us!
