I’m looking for one other roommate to split a big beautiful HOUSE with me and another roommate (Boni) close to LAX (El Segundo, Manhattan, Redondo, Hawthorne areas). Rent would be $1,100 per month, utilities not included. It has parking for three cars (two in the garage and one right next to the house).

Preferably looking for someone with a full-time job or a student with a part-time job who is responsible, clean, and laid back.

Unfortunately, ONLY EMOTIONAL PETS are allowed (No pet fee if you can provide a certificate).

Must be able to have a credit score above 620 & provide proof of income for realtors!!
