South Maple Avenue

It’s a 3 bed 2 bathroom house in the maple ash neighborhood. Super close to the ASU Tempe campus. Beautiful neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Only thing to pay would be internet cost, but that would be with the other roommates who are in charge of it, is usually around 20 dollars every month.

Two other roommates live here at the moment, both male in their 20’s. Both respectful and very friendly.
