Glencoe Street

I am looking for someone to take over my portion of my lease at a house in the Park Hill neighborhood in mid December. The home is about 20 minutes from the airport and 10-15 minutes to most downtown destinations. The lease ends January 31, 2024, but the current other roommates are looking to extend that at least for six months beyond (August 2024).

There are three bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. I currently use one of the upstairs rooms as my bedroom and one of the other bedrooms as my office for work, so you can choose which room you wanted as your bedroom (and probably use the other as an office if needed, but would want to confirm with other roommates on that). Upstairs, there is a shared bathroom with one other roommate.

We have a spacious backyard with a car port that can fit 3 cars, as well as street parking fitting 3 cars as well. We have a living area upstairs and a spacious one in the basement as well.

Rent for the room is $662.50/month, with utilities adding about $50-$100 on top, depending on usage.

There are currently three other roommates staying here as well, all in their early to mid 20s (one male, two females). The shared bathrown would be with the male.

Adrian (the male) is 21 and works for Amazon, is studying welding and also in the process of pursuing a soccer career as well. He’s pretty busy with all that, so he’s often not home and when he is, is studying.

Macie is 26 and works as an educator for mechanics at a place in Aurora. She works in office nearly every day, but is at home during the day from time to time. She has a chihuahua named Skittles. Cuddly little dude.

Gracelyn is her sister and is 19. She works at a gym and also is taking classes, so she also is super busy and rarely home between work and school. When she is home, she is usually doing school work or cooking/baking.
