I am looking for a girl to sublet my room in a 2bed/2bath apartment at Evergreen for the 2024 Spring semester! The apartment is great but I am graduating in December and no longer need it! There will be another girl (20 years old) living in the other bedroom who will be studying abroad for a few weeks. -$855/mo -1,157 sq ft -Fully furnished (washer/dryer, kitchen appliances, couch, TV, stools, coffee table, TV stand, table and chairs, king size bed and bed frame, desk and chair, dresser drawers and bedside table) -Utilities are a separate bill but split with roommate -Full sized in-unit washer and dryer -Pet friendly (dog park in complex) -Parking included -10-15 minute tiger transit ride to campus! Bed room and walk-in closet are HUGE and have connecting bathroom. Complex amenities include: pool and hot tub, grills, 24hr gym, clubhouse, dog park, and tanning bed.

The roommate is a 20 year old female roommate studying architecture. Quiet and easy to live with roommate. She plans on studying abroad for a few weeks during the spring semester so you will have the apartment to yourself.
