Your bathroom is next to your room on the second floor. It is shared with one other roommate.

About the House

The house has a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry room available for you to use.

Parking is in front of the house or on the driveway. This is a dead-end street with no traffic, ample parking and it’s safe to park on the street here.

The house is a fully remodeled 4-bedroom, 2 story cape cod located in a quiet cul-de-sac in south Nashville.

Conveniently located between I-65 and I-24, providing fast access to either highway. Quick access to downtown Nashville, Vanderbilt, Green Hills, Cool Springs, etc.

Within minutes to grocery stores like Kroger, Publix and Walmart, restaurants, banks, a park, shopping areas, etc.

We are laid back, quiet, easy going and friendly. We keep to ourselves and prefer a roommate who is the same.

We keep things clean and organized at all times. Neither of us host people or parties here. We value having a calm and comfortable home, so we’d like to find a roommate who appreciates this and is also low key like us in this regard to keep a stress-free living situation at the house.

About the Ideal Roommate Looking for a single roommate, any gender, who is:

Full time Student or employed full time.

Between the ages of 25 and 40.

You prefer keeping to yourself and respect others’ privacy.

Not interested in bringing guests over or partying at the house.

Respectful of others and easy to get along with.

Someone who is tidy and clean. You must clean up after yourself on your own accord. (bathroom, kitchen, etc.)

Steady source of income to pay rent reliably.

Smoking outside ok.

No pets.

Rent and Lease Terms

Monthly rent: $900 includes ALL utilities (High speed Wi-Fi Internet, Electricity and Water)

Security deposit: $450. (deposit is fully refundable when you move out)

Lease Term: Minimum 3 months with 30 days notice before moving out.
