Hiii! I have a room available in a 2bed 1 bath apartment located near Downtown Fullerton. The apartment is furnished but the room will come unfurnished (although there is a queen bed and a couch I can offer if needed).

Please no couples, no children, no pets. Please don’t ask for exceptions.

The lease is month to month but I’d prefer someone long term.

There is plenty of street parking.

On site laundry.

Rent: $850 (not including utilities) + $600 security deposit Credit check required by landlord. They will also ask for ID, SSN, and proof of income

My name is Mary and I’m 30 years old. I work full time in childcare and go to the gym most days after work.

I enjoy being home and just relaxing after a long day so I’m looking for someone who can compliment my vibe. I’m all about a calm, peaceful home that feels comfortable and cozy.

I don’t drink often or party anymore so looking for someone who won’t bring the party home. I’m okay with occasional guests and such with notice and communication. Of course that works both ways so I will communicate as well 😊

Ideally, looking for someone around around the same age who is respectful, clean, and works outside of the home for most days. I’d appreciate someone with a similar lifestyle and can hopefully be friends but also not necessary!
