About the room
Looking for a third roommate for our three bed 2 bath 1330sq unit. Rent is ~640 + utilities split three ways. Room is unfurnished and ready to move in the first week of Dec. Full bathroom is shared with the other roommate. No deposit req’d provided minimal background is clear (as per management).
We are located on Bell Rd with a five minute walk to the lake side and in a quite neighborhood not too close to the city but not too far away.
Quick access to airport and Rt 40. Complex has pool, dog park, onsite parking and a 24/7 gym.
About the roomies
M35 + F29 We are both a bit nerdy, a bit outdoorsy and try to keep it real. We like to cook and get out as much as inflation allows us 🤣 LGBTQ + 420 friendly. We like to play board games, video games, hike, movies, cook and more.
