I am a family man, the kids are on there own now, so I thought I would rent one of my empty rooms out. I am quiet and stable.
About the roomies
It is just myself living in the house which I will be at work during the day. Plenty of parking I like it to stay clean and cool inside, bbq and fire pit out back with a fenced yard. Prefer no smoking and the room can be partly furnished if needed.
