In search of a roomie that’s clean, responsible, and easy going. I love having a peaceful and clean home where everyone feels welcome (: Preferably someone that has had roomies before.

Utilities vary from $70-$110 per person depending on how much is used!

I am the owner of the home, but I do travel a lot so I will not be around very much! The other roommate is a pharmacy tech. She’s sweet, funny, quiet, and mainly hangs out in her room, but she is very sociable and welcoming.

This house is in a quiet neighborhood in North Richland Hills. It’s a 3 bed 2 bath property that is fully furnished (besides your rooms). Utilities will be split evenly. There is no garage parking but there’s a four car driveway and street parking. No smoking indoors and unfortunately no pets. There’s a washer & dryer in unit and a shed out back for storage if you need.

Location: The home is 23 mins to the airport and 14 mins to downtown FW. It’s close to shops, restaurants, and I820.

Room:
11.5x11x11 with a walk in closet. It is unfurnished.

I’m 31 years old. I love traveling, reading, sketching, chilling with friends, working out, playing soccer, eating, and going out sometimes! I work remote so when I’m not traveling I will be home. I do typically work in the common area unless I have meetings.

I travel about 6-8months out of the year so I won’t be around too much, it will essentially be you and the other roommate!
