Will's room

I am looking to share a home in the Upper Marlboro area. The home is nearly 8,000 sq. ft., and the roommate will be free to share the common areas. The home has a finished basement, theatre, and work-out room. The roommate will also access to a garaged parking space, if desired. The room is a “Princess” ensuite, and can come furnished or unfurnished. The room will be newly painted and ready for move-in!

I currently occupy the home with my daughter, a high school senior, and son, who is a senior in college. Both will be leaving this summer. By next August/September, I will be a true empty-nester.
